Electric chain hoist is a kind of light small lifting equipment, it is composed of motor, transmission mechanism and sprocket, using the chain as the lifting medium, to achieve the vertical or horizontal movement of the load. Compared with wire rope electric hoist, electric chain hoist with small volume, light weight, simple structure, convenient operation, easy maintenance and other advantages, suitable for factories, warehouses, docks, construction and other occasions.

The lifting parameters of electric chain hoist mainly include lifting weight, lifting height, lifting speed and working level. Lifting weight refers to the maximum load that the electric chain hoist can safely lift, generally 0.5t-35t. Lifting height refers to the distance that the electric chain hoist can lift the load from the lowest point to the highest point, generally 3m-120m. Lifting speed refers to the speed at which the electric chain hoist lifts or lowers the load, generally 0.8m/min-8m/min.

The working level of electric chain hoist is based on the electric hoist in rated load, its working frequency and working time to define an international common value. The working level of the electric hoist is divided into M3, M4, M5, M6, M7, M8. The higher the level, the greater the workload of the motor, the better the performance of the motor and the longer the service life. Our electric hoist level is generally about M5, has the advantages of simple operation, light weight, stable performance, long service life and so on.

According to different use occasions and needs, electric chain hoist can be divided into the following types:
Fixed type: the electric chain hoist is fixed on a fixed fulcrum, can only carry out vertical lifting operation, suitable for small workplaces.
Running type: The electric chain hoist is installed on a trolley that can move horizontally along the track, and can be lifted vertically and horizontally. It is suitable for large workplaces.
Low headroom type: the motor and gear box of the electric chain hoist are installed on the same side, which reduces the hook size C and improves the headroom height, which is suitable for low workplaces.
Double ring chain: two electric chain hoist installed on the same car, using two mechanical synchronous chain, can achieve the lifting operation of long objects or beams.
Four hook type: four sets of electric chain hoist installed on the same car, can realize the wide flat load lifting operation.
Aniseed bag type: the electric chain hoist is installed on a specially designed aniseed bag trolley, which can realize the lifting operation of the aniseed bag with longer hook distance.
Explosion-proof type: all parts of the electric chain hoist are explosion-proof design and materials, which can realize the lifting operation in the place where there is explosive gas or dust.
