Structural characteristics

QE type double trolley bridge crane consists of the following parts:

(1) Main and auxiliary trolley: Both main and auxiliary trolley are designed with closed box structure, and are equipped with windproof guide rail to prevent wind from affecting its stability. Variable-frequency speed control is adopted in both main and auxiliary cars, and safety devices such as overload protector and stopper are equipped. The main and auxiliary cars are equipped with electric hoist as a lifting mechanism, and can choose different specifications and types of hoist according to user needs.

(2) Large vehicle operation mechanism: the large vehicle operation mechanism is composed of motor, reducer, brake, wheel set, etc., and adopts frequency conversion speed control mode to realize smooth start and stop. The crane running mechanism is equipped with safety devices such as anti-collision device and stopper to ensure the safe operation of the crane on the track.

(3) Bridge frame: bridge frame is composed of main beam, end beam and connecting parts. The main beam is a box structure with good stiffness and strength. The end beam is of box structure or welded steel plate structure and is connected with the main beam by high strength bolts. The bridge is equipped with walking platform, guardrail, cable sliding line and other accessories, convenient crane overhaul and maintenance.

(4) Electrical equipment: Electrical equipment includes control cabinet, operation room, operation table, signal lamp, etc. The control cabinet is a closed structure with neat wiring, fault display and protection device. The operation room is a fully enclosed structure with air conditioning, ventilation, lighting and other facilities, and is equipped with glass Windows and door and window switches. Operating platform for hanging or seat type structure, installed with a variety of buttons, switches, indicators and other operating components, and can be selected according to user requirements of different operating modes (ground remote control or cab operation).
